Proteus is a rostered agency for Lloyds Banking Group and has been for over 15 years delivering a wide variety of integrated internal communications campaigns, engaging 75,000 colleagues, supporting companywide initiatives for all the Lloyds Banking Group brands, including Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Scottish Widows.
Working with different areas within Lloyds Banking Group, we support internal product launches and bring meaning to culture influencing initiatives, including key campaigns for Inclusion & Diversity and Agile Working. Familiarity with the brand is essential, although our challenge is always to develop new concepts and explore different channels for campaign delivery which will engage Lloyds Banking Group colleagues at multiple levels.
A company-wide intranet is the primary internal communications tool for Lloyds Banking Group. We work with a number of Lloyds Banking Group divisions to deliver content, micro-sites and online campaigns, aimed at enriching colleagues’ knowledge of the strategic business goals and products and how to deliver them to customers.
With the strategic goal of 5,000 Apprentices by 2017, the bank is working hard to attract them, and we are the lead agency keeping them engaged on their apprentice journey. Work for this award-winning Lloyds Banking Group Apprentice scheme includes communications strategy, induction packs, event materials, and production of the quarterly publication, Applife.
